What is the refund policy on LuxuStars?

Refunds on LuxuStars are based on the cancellation policy selected by the provider when creating their listing. Each service uses one of three standard policies: Flexible, Moderate, or Strict.


These policies — including refund amounts and cancellation windows — are shown clearly before you book and again in your confirmation email.

If you cancel within the allowed window, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

Key Notes:

  • No refunds are issued for no-shows or cancellations made outside the eligible window.
  • Force majeure events (such as natural disasters or serious emergencies) may be reviewed for refund or credit eligibility.
  • Providers cannot cancel bookings themselves. In rare, verifiable situations, LuxuStars staff may cancel a booking on behalf of a provider — in which case the customer will receive a full refund.
