If your provider fails to deliver the service or is not present at the agreed time and location, you must report the issue immediately through your LuxuStars account.
To help us resolve the situation, we recommend submitting photo evidence that clearly shows the provider or service was not available as expected.
Our team will investigate the case and may issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and the outcome of the review.
Providers are required to show up and deliver the service as scheduled. Failure to do so without a valid reason may result in removal from the platform.
