What happens if I cancel after the allowed window?

If you cancel your booking after the allowed cancellation window has passed, the booking becomes non-refundable under the policy selected by the provider.

You will not receive a refund, and the provider will be paid the full booking amount (minus any service fees applied on their end).

Refund exceptions may only be considered in cases of force majeure — such as natural disasters or serious emergencies — and must be submitted with documentation for review.

Always review the cancellation policy listed on the service page before booking and make sure to cancel in time if your plans change.
