If you forgot your LuxuStars password, don’t worry — resetting it is quick and secure.
On the Website (Desktop Only):
2. Click on
"Forgot your password?".
Enter the email address associated with your account and click
"Send".
Check your inbox for a verficiation code, enter the code and select "Verify"
Once you enetr the verification code, you'll be asked to create a new password.

On the Mobile App (Android & iOS):
Open the app and tap on
“Log In”, then select
“Forgot Password?”.

Enter the email linked to your LuxuStars account.

You’ll receive an email with a reset link — tap the link to open the reset form in your browser or app.
Enter your new password and confirm.

Once completed, you’ll be able to log in normally using your new password.
