LuxuStars encourages guests to submit honest reviews and upload photos to document their experience. However, refunds are only issued according to the cancellation policy shown on the listing or in cases where the provider clearly failed to deliver the service as described.
If you're unhappy with a service, we recommend sharing your concerns through the Resolution Center and submitting photo evidence of the issue as soon as possible.
Our team will review each case individually. If the provider breached their obligations, we may offer a full or partial refund based on the severity of the issue and the documentation provided.
Keep in mind that personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “it wasn’t what I expected”) is not sufficient for a refund if the service was delivered as listed.
