• Search for "LuxuStars" in your inbox to locate the email.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address at sign-up.

2. Phone Verification

• Make sure your phone is turned on and has a signal.
• If traveling, verify that your number has roaming or switch to WhatsApp verification (if available).
• Try resending the code after 60 seconds.
